Reunion Registry

Not everyone can benefit from a DNA test. Yes, on rare occasion a DNA test from a company like AncestryDNA can connect a birth parent to an adoptee who had taken a DNA test too; but those circumstances are pretty rare. For those who have not found someone so quickly within their DNA test results, there are registries out there for individuals to share as much details as possible that might help them reunite with individuals relinquished to adoption or otherwise lost in the systems.

Several years ago, instead of turning people away, SearchAngels.org started their own database to serve this function. As it slowly grows, we have also started to reach out to other registry owners to see if we can collaborate with them on this journey in some kind of partnership. This initiative is still on-going and ever growing.
